Opened in 2012, Stages serves Progressive New England cuisine; drawing inspiration from the world, while sourcing our foods from close by, and presenting our dishes in an artistic manor. During the growing season we work intensively with nature's changing supply, preserving as much as possible in the process. This permits us to serve up a tiny bit of them on our plates all year round. We constantly explore and develop our base of ingredients and techniques to give our guests the best possible experience.
