In an era where many things have become commercialized and digitized, we strive to return people to a sense of place and pride of what is right around them. A grounding so to speak. In each project or collaboration we are involved in there are elements of realness and intention in attempt to slow our world down to appreciate what we are a part of.
In our restaurants, we work directly with our local farmers, foragers, and fishermen to minimize the journey our food takes to get to our guest’s plates. Working with the idea that there are 365 seasons a year, and they’re not always the same. Ebbing and flowing with what nature gives us.
In our travel experiences, we create intimate spaces where our guests are able to slow down and connect with their surroundings. Through our hikes, climbs, explorations, local tours, and cooking demos, we bring our guests a true sense of place and time.
With the thought that everything is connected, we are able to create meaningful experiences and collaborations that help positively add to our world all the while respecting our place in it.
